Activity Overview

Cross Country is uniquely placed to develop fitness, stamina and flexibility.

First Year, Junior Cycle, Transition Year and Senior Cycle

All groups practice and take part in competitions. Practice takes place on Mondays after school.

Additional information

HSD entered the East Leinster Competition. They competed at Avondale House, Co. Wicklow. The Senior Girls won a Silver Medal and qualified for the Leinster Competition. Jack (Form 5), Anna (Form 1) and Roseanne also qualified individually. Anna won a Silver Medal at the East Leinster Competition.
