ISSU election victory

Congratulations to Isabelle Geraghty (6RM) who was elected to the position of Welfare and Equality Officer of the Irish Second-Level Students' Union (ISSU).  Her appointment to an officer position within the National Student Executive occurred at a recent Annual General Meeting of the ISSU which was attended by student delegates from across the country.  The role will involve liaising and working with the Minister for Education and Skills, key policy makers within Government departments (and across the education and youth sectors), as well as engaging with students nationwide.
