Summer concert

Congratulations to all of the musicians (a cast of thousands!) who performed to a full house on Thursday last. As well as masterful performances from the Orchestra and Choir, there were dozens of solo pieces expertly played, ranging in style from Bach to Led Zeppelin.
Many thanks to all involved, especially Ms White (Orchestra), Ms Bourke (Choir), Mr David Adams (Accompanist), Sebastian Adams (Sound), and comperes Patrick King and Gavin Rothwell.

Library winner

Congratulations to Heather Baldwin 1Q who won the best reader in 1st year prize this year, for the quality and variety of her reading as well as the quantity.
Well done!

Crutches

Please return any crutches you have borrowed from the Nurse, by the end of term.

Lost property

A great deal of lost property is accumulated during the year. Named items are returned to their owners and all students have been given an opportunity recently to view all of the remaining items. There is still a significant number of unclaimed items. We do not have the facilities to store these indefinitely so items without the school crest are donated to charity during the summer. If any parent wishes to view the remaining items, the Lost Property store (corner of the B floor) will be open on Friday 29 May from 11.00 a.m. until 1.00 p.m. Many items which may have been considered "stolen" turn out to be unclaimed in Lost Property.

Happy holidays

Best of luck to all exam candidates and we hope you all have a great summer!

Sports Day

Well done to all those who competed in the three sessions of sports championships which were held last week, due to the bad weather.
The photographs show the female pupils tug of war team which won, and the male staff tug of war team which won its event. There are also three pictures from relay race events.
