Action Breast Cancer
On behalf of the whole Library Committee,
I would like to thank everyone who bought ribbons, pins, phone charms
and keyrings. We had some generous donations also which were greatly
appreciated. The cause raised €410. Thank you to all those who
volunteered to see pins during their lunch break.

Form 5 study skills seminar
Please note that the seminar will take
place on Thursday 5 November. Topics covered will include how to study,
goal setting and time management, examination skills, stress management
and motivation, and pupils will also participate in individual planning
with a member of the Careers team afterwards. Last year, the evaluation
of the experience by the pupils was overwhelmingly positive. The vast
majority found the course to be very useful. Thanks to the staff who are
organising and participating.
