Each year, about the 23rd April, the library is packed with people, all wanting to take part, in some way, in the festivities for Shakespeare’s Birthday! This year was no different, with many things organised in honour of the big day. There was a quiz on the life of the playwright, movies shown and even a drama competition. Finally there was the biggest draw for people on Shakespeare’s Birthday: Shakespeare’s Birthday cake! Everyone enjoyed the day very much and on behalf of everyone I would like to thank Mrs. King for all the hard work she puts in to make this annual celebration special for everyone.
