Technical information on how to
download the documents
You
only need to read this if you are having trouble downloading a document!
Try clicking the hyperlinks on the documents first.
The documents below are in PDF
format. PDF stands for "Portable Document Format" and is a description applied
to a standard developed by Adobe. To view a PDF document you need Adobe
Acrobat Reader®, or now called Adobe Reader®. Adobe Reader® is a free program
which you can obtain on many computer magazine cover discs, or download it
here
When you have used the Acrobat
Reader® program to open the file, you can save it to your hard disk with the
"save" command, or you can print it with the "print" command. The files
are not large so they do not take long to view or download.
IF ONE OF THE LINKS BELOW WILL
NOT OPEN WITHIN YOUR BROWSER, RIGHT CLICK ON THE LINK AND SELECT "SAVE TARGET
AS", DOWNLOAD THE FILE TO YOUR DESKTOP AND IT WILL THEN OPEN.
This is usually a problem to do
with how Adobe Reader is configured. If you would like to fix the problem
permanently for all websites, close your browser and then open Adobe Reader, go
to Edit, Preferences, select Internet in the left pane and then deselect the box
which says "display pdf in browser". The pdf files will now open
automatically in Adobe Reader itself. This problem is most often caused by
Service Pack 2 in Windows XP.

This booklet is not the
