Caroline Gray in Young Entrepreneur finals

Well done Caroline for reaching the last 22 in over 7,000 entries to the Young Entrepreneur Scheme competition.  Caroline's company Beads and Things was selected as a winner in the Dublin finals and the Leinster finals and was featured at the national final.  Caroline produced a business plan for a jewellery manufacturing and retailing company, produced her own jewellery and sold it at a variety of locations.  Her teacher was Mr Michael Kirby (Business and Physical Education).

Eoin Curran - silver medallist in South Africa

Congratulations to Eoin Curran, who represented Ireland three times in the International Informatics Competition (computer programming) while a pupil at The High School.  In his most recent outing, to South Africa, he won the silver medal.  He is pictured here with Mr Martin Hilliard, Information and Communication Technology Director.
